Can I modify my submitted order?
Unfortunately, we are unable at this time to modify orders that have already been submitted. If you’ve placed an order and need to make changes, we can cancel the order, as long as it hasn’t reached the shipping process yet, and place a new order.
How do I cancel my order?
Any order that has not yet entered the shipping process is able to be canceled. To cancel your order, please contact Healthy Solutions for Pets customer service department at 877-252-4339. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
What is your return policy?

How long do you accept returns?

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Once you receive your order from Healthy Solutions for Pets, please open the box(es) and inspect your order even if you don’t intend to use the products immediately. If there is any error in your shipment, if your items arrived damaged, or if you are missing items from your order please contact customer service so we can take care of the issue for you. Are all items eligible to be returned?
Some clearance or closeout items may be non-returnable. Any item that is non-returnable will have it clearly indicated in the product description.
What happens to my rewards point when I return a product?
Any rewards points received on a returned order will be deducted from
your rewards points total when your order is received.
