Unfortunately, we are unable at this time to modify orders that have already been submitted. If you’ve placed an order and need to make changes, we can cancel the order, as long as it hasn’t reached the shipping process yet, and place a new order.
Any order that has not yet entered the shipping process is able to be canceled. To cancel your order, please contact Healthy Solutions for Pets customer service department at 877-252-4339. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
Our return policy is easy. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, simply contact us for a full refund of the product price. Once you receive your order from Healthy Solutions for Pets, please open the box(es) and inspect your order even if you don’t intend to use the products immediately. If there is any error in your shipment, if your items arrived damaged, or if you are missing items from your order please contact customer service so we can take care of the issue for you.
