How do I contact Customer Service?

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is only collected in California.

How do I place an order?

All orders have to be placed online at www.healthysolutionsforpets.com. We do not accept orders via phone, email, fax or postal service.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For security purposes the billing address must exactly match the address on file with your financial institution. Checks, money orders or prepaid debit cards are not accepted.

How do I redeem a promo/discount code?

To redeem a promo code, type in your code in the “Discount Code” field during the checkout process.  The discount field is located on the Customer Information section of the checkout process. Please note, only one promo code can be applied per order. Promo codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as they appear. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided with your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

How do I check on the status of my order?

If you created an account during your purchase process, you can login to check the status of you order at https://healthysolutionsforpets.com/account/login . If you do not have an account, please contact customer service via email us at experts@healthysolutionsforpets.com.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is easy.  If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, simply contact us for a full refund. To initiate a return please email experts@healthysolutionsforpets.com

How do I show proof of purchase to return my product?

We can look up your order via your email or order number.

Do I get my shipping cost refunded as well on a return?

We will refund the full purchase price and any sales tax paid but any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

Are there any products not eligible to be returned?

Occasionally we might have a product on closeout that will not be eligible to be returned but those products will be clearly marked as non-returnable.

Where do you get the ingredients for your products?

Our ingredients are globally sourced so we can be sure we are finding the best available ingredients for our supplements.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured in the US in an FDA audited, cGMP compliant facility.

Are all of your products safe for my dog or cat?

A lot of our products are safe for both dogs and cats to use but certain ones are formulated specifically for dogs or specifically for cats.  There are also minimum age recommendations on most of our products to ensure they have maximum effectiveness and stability.

Shipping & Tracking

How soon will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed before 1:30 PM PST generally ship the next business day. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. There is no weekend service.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $49 being sent inside the continental United States. For all orders less than $49, we offer a $3.99 flat rate standard shipping fee. Overnight shipping is also available. Contact us for details.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we do have the ability to ship our supplements outside the US. Please contact us at experts@healthysolutionsforpets.com for a custom shipping quote.

Can I track my package?

Yes, all orders from Healthy Solutions for Pets are trackable. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and instructions. You can also login to your account any time after your order has shipped to get your tracking number.

What shipping methods are available?

Our standard shipping method is FedEx. If your order is going to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address we use the U.S. Postal Service (Parcel, Priority or Express Mail).

How long will it take to get my order?

Once shipped, all products sent with FedEx Ground to within the Continental US usually take 3-5 business days. All products while AK, HI, Guam, and Puerto Rico usually takes 6-8 days. International orders will arrive within 2-3 weeks.

FedEx Overnight If placed before 1:30 PM PST on a regular business day, orders shipped via FedEx Overnight will be delivered to most addresses in the continental U.S. and Alaska by the end of the next business day. Not available to Hawaii, Canada, or the rest of the world.

Aerosol Exception Please note that we cannot ship orders containing aerosol products via overnight shipping due to restrictions specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items.

U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post Shipments should arrive within 3-15 business days, depending on your location. Tracking is not available for USPS Parcel Post.

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail Shipments should arrive within 2-3 business days to most locations.

U.S. Postal Service Express Mail Shipments should arrive within 1-3 business days.
